About Us

We are the Leaver family based in Australia.  We are just an ordinary family, and in between our jobs, school and day-to-day busy lives we love to travel and experience new cultures and destinations.

 

For the past 20 years we have travelled to over 42 countries and to some amazing destinations and are constantly ticking off and adding to our bucket list of places we want to visit. Along the way we have uncovered some hidden gems, navigated some unique cultures and learned what it means to travel smarter. This blog aims to share our travel experiences and lessons learnt through travel guides, itineraries, tips and photos to inspire other families to go on more adventures together and create lasting memories.

 

This blog will share our real-life travel experiences - the good and the bad.  Travelling with young children can be difficult and require extra planning - but at the same time it makes you slow down, and see the world through a different lens.
